So you’re reading another “About” page.

I could waste your time and write a paragraph telling you that we do the best work, have great tools, and will treat your home like it’s our own. Then I could pack this with buzz words like “passionate”, “highest standards”, “best”, and “experienced”. But all I would make is the same barely descript content that you’ve probably read before.

So here’s our real story from Owner Heath.

Newshine began as a part time business ran between University classes. I was studying at one of Melbourne’s best Uni’s but couldn’t help but notice the outdoors areas were dark with dirt and mould. I started to see this issue everywhere I went, and so Newshine began.

I never wanted to create another stereotype trade businesses “we’ll show up sometime between 8am and 5pm to look at the job” – a good service business should solve problems, not create new ones.

Of course a lot has changed in the last five years of full-time growth. The equipment and systems look a lot different today, but everyone involved is still working hard to grow the original vision of a business that treats customers for what they are – the most important part of our story.
